Following the rules of the General Directorate of the Police, Eigón will ask all its visitors to present their ID card or passport in order to register their stay.
Cancellations and modifications:
Your reservations are very important to us, which is why we strive to make our cancellation and modification policy as fair as possible for both parties.
We understand that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances that force us to change plans; in the same way, we would like you to understand that Eigón is a small hotel located in a valley between mountains and requires prior organization.
Cancellations are free of charge if made up to 14 days before the arrival date. The hotel will refund any amount previously charged.
In case of a no-show, the hotel will charge the remaining balance of the total amount.
If a cancellation occurs during the stay, the hotel will charge the full price of each unused night. The amount corresponding to the nights that we successfully resell will be refunded.
Requests for cancellation or modification of a reservation will only be processed when made in writing to info@eigonhotel.com.
Information:
At Eigón, children aged 12 and above are welcome.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We are unable to accommodate pets.
We have a minimum stay requirement of two nights.
Schedule:
Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please contact us by email.
Check-out is until 11:00.
Taxes and additional charges:
VAT is included. Municipal tax not applicable. Service charge not applicable.
Smoking policy:
Eigón is a smoke-free space. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. If we detect that a guest has smoked, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
Loss of keys:
In case of key loss, the hotel will charge €150 to cover the cost of changing the locks.
Lost items:
Eigón reserves the right to donate or dispose of forgotten items if they have not been claimed within one month after the departure date.
Damage:
Eigón reserves the right to charge the customer’s credit card for any damage caused to the establishment or its contents during their stay, as well as for any missing items after departure.
